Meet the Director

Gareth has over 30 years' experience within the field of civil engineering. He has worked within collaborative environments on Design and Construct projects, Early Contractor Involvement projects and framework schemes including Highways England SMART Motorways and Asset Support Framework schemes, Environment Agency WEM Frameworks, Water Utility Company AMPs, and SCAPE Frameworks, in addition to traditional build contracts.

Gareth developed valuable site experience from Site Engineer through to Site Agent prior to specialising in planning and programme management and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Throughout his career he has provided innovative solutions to overcome major construction challenges and proposed changes to construction methodologies. 

Gareth has been involved as a witness in NEC ECC programme matter adjudications, produced several witness statements, and regularly liaises directly with solicitors and advisory consultants. Gareth has assisted industry leading programme experts providing forensic analysis of the programme, together with professional advice and recommendations for adjudication and international arbitration matters.

Gareth is professionally qualified as a Chartered Civil Engineer, and is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, Member of FEANI (European Federation of National Engineering Associations), and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
